Price Match Guarantee Requirements
We have some pretty simple and standard price matching requirements that are intended to stop any abuse of policy and not to stop clubs and schools getting the best price.
To qualify for a price match offer, your product must meet the following requirements:
- The product must not be on discount at the retailer being used for price match. This includes any clearance, closeout or general discounts
- A price match quote can not be combined with an Arcanum Sports discount code
- Sometimes we include shipping costs in the price of the product, if the retailer excludes shipping from their cost, we can only price match their price plus shipping total cost.
- Some retailers display costs without VAT, we will only price match prices that have included VAT
- The customer must provide proof of this product at a lower price with a link to the price or screenshot of the product
- The product being used to price match must be identical to the product sold at Arcanum Sports
- Price matching excludes discounts that are gained through any membership or loyalty programs
- Only retailers within the UK can be used for a price match quotes
