Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Items must also be reported for return within three days of delivery, otherwise, the goods will have been deemed accepted by the buyer.

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or inaccuracies, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it as quickly as possible.
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
